Review:

"Lana's Lawman" by Karen Leabo a good contemporary romance read about second chances and the second in 'The Brides of Destiny.' This read was of two (Lana and Sloan) people who had been  love for around three weeks  during their senior year but that soon ended  and each when on there many ways until ten years later.  Now, we find that Lana is divorced from Bart, her cheating husband and has a eight year old son and struggles daily to get by taking care of her son (Rob) and doing all of this while getting her college education. On her way to her friend, Callie's wedding Lana has a accident and she ends up in a ditch and this is where Sloan Bennett  enters back in to her life.  Lana finds out he is now a police officer. A lots has changed from Sloan's 'bad boy' days. What will happen as we see that these two people  still love each other but will have a hard time trying to work out those feelings to each other.  This is where I say you must pick up "Lana's Lawman" to read the outcome of it all.  The characters were all very well developed that gave the reader an interesting drama and also giving you a well written novel that I would recommend as a good read.
